These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Foxray VPN (the "App"), provided by Cleanup Free Cleaner Limited., a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Foxray VPN is a VPN application intended to help users improve network privacy and data protection, especially when using public Wi-Fi or other shared networks. The App is provided for lawful privacy, security, and personal network protection purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Apple In-App Purchase

Premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

Available Plan

• Weekly Subscription: USD $8.99 per week.

Billing and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, the terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet will apply. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.

4. Apple Terms

Your purchase and use of subscriptions are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.

5. Responsible and Lawful Use

You agree to use Foxray VPN responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or government requirements.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
• Transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful traffic.
• Attempt unauthorized access to networks, systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the App or related services.
• Bypass service terms, network rules, or regional restrictions where doing so is not permitted.

6. Availability and Performance

VPN performance depends on your device, network conditions, location, internet service provider, server availability, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, access to specific websites or services, or availability in every country or region.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information may be processed to operate, secure, and improve Foxray VPN.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, website, branding, visual design, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cleanup Free Cleaner Limited. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as allowed by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, use the App abusively or unlawfully, create security risks, or if continued access would expose us, users, partners, or third parties to legal or operational risk.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanup Free Cleaner Limited. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
