Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NetflyVPN (the "App") handles information when you use the App. NetflyVPN is provided as a product page under Cleanup Free Cleaner Limited. ("we", "us", or "our").

NetflyVPN does not collect your browsing history, VPN traffic content, DNS query content, private messages, passwords, payment card numbers, contacts, photos, videos, or files from your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We designed NetflyVPN to avoid collecting information that identifies what you do online through the VPN. We do not collect or store:

  • Your browsing history.
  • The content of your VPN traffic.
  • DNS query content or the websites, domains, or apps you access through the VPN.
  • Personal profile information such as your name, address, phone number, contacts, or account profile.
  • Passwords, payment card numbers, private messages, media files, or documents stored on your device.

2. Personal VPN Permission and Configuration

NetflyVPN uses Apple's system Personal VPN capability. When you enable VPN, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration. The VPN configuration is handled through Apple system frameworks and device settings.

We may process limited configuration state needed to operate the App, such as whether VPN permission is available, whether a connection is active, which node is selected, and whether a connection attempt succeeds or fails. This information is used to operate the App and present clear connection status.

3. Node Data and Local Cache

NetflyVPN reads node data at runtime from local device storage. Remote configuration may download updated node data, validate it, and save it to local storage so the App can operate reliably even when a fresh remote fetch is not available.

Node cache data is used to provide node selection and connection features. We do not use node cache data to create a profile of your browsing activity.

4. Firebase Remote Config

NetflyVPN may use Firebase Remote Config to deliver app configuration, feature values, and node data updates. Firebase Remote Config may process technical information needed to provide configuration services, such as app instance information, app version, device type, operating system version, and network request metadata, according to Google's Firebase terms and privacy practices.

Remote Config is not used by us to collect your VPN browsing history or traffic content.

5. App Tracking Transparency

NetflyVPN may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If this prompt appears, you can allow or deny tracking permission. You can also change your choice later in Apple system settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

If you allow tracking permission, the App may use Apple's authorized advertising identifier or tracking permission status for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, or advertising-related services where enabled. If you deny permission, NetflyVPN will not access Apple's advertising identifier for tracking, and core VPN features can still be used subject to subscription status, network availability, and system VPN permission.

App Tracking Transparency permission is not used by us to collect your VPN browsing history, VPN traffic content, DNS query content, or the websites and apps you access through the VPN.

6. Diagnostics and Performance Information

To maintain reliability and fix issues, we may process limited technical information such as:

  • App version, device model, operating system version, and language or region settings.
  • Connection success or failure state, error category, and timing information.
  • Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information.
  • Remote configuration fetch success or failure and local cache update status.

This information is used to improve stability, diagnose errors, and maintain service quality. It is not intended to identify the content of your VPN activity.

7. Apple In-App Purchase

NetflyVPN offers premium access through Apple In-App Purchase, including a weekly auto-renewable subscription currently priced at $8.99/week, or the local equivalent shown by Apple before purchase. Apple handles payment information, billing, subscription management, refunds, and App Store account settings.

The App may receive limited purchase and entitlement status from Apple, such as whether a subscription is active, pending, cancelled, expired, restored, or unavailable. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

8. How We Use Information

We use limited technical information for purposes such as:

  • Operating VPN connection, disconnection, and status features.
  • Loading, validating, and caching node data.
  • Delivering app configuration through Firebase Remote Config.
  • Handling App Tracking Transparency permission choices and advertising attribution or measurement where permitted.
  • Diagnosing crashes, connection failures, cache errors, and purchase issues.
  • Maintaining subscription entitlement status through Apple In-App Purchase.
  • Protecting the App from technical misuse, fraud, or operational abuse.

9. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited technical information with service providers that help operate, diagnose, secure, or improve the App, including Apple for App Store purchases, Firebase for remote configuration where applicable, and advertising or attribution service providers where App Tracking Transparency permission and applicable law allow. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or services.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by the App. However, no app, device, network, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children

NetflyVPN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us through the support page.

12. Your Choices

  • You can disable VPN from the App or Apple system VPN settings.
  • You can delete the VPN configuration from iOS, iPadOS, or macOS settings.

13. International Use

NetflyVPN is designed for users who may use networks in different countries or regions. Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live, depending on Apple, Firebase, network, and infrastructure providers.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after updates means you acknowledge the updated policy.
