1. App Purpose
TinderVPN is a VPN application intended to help users protect network traffic and improve privacy on public Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and other shared networks. The first version focuses on Apple system Personal VPN for iPhone, iPad, and macOS.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Apple Personal VPN
TinderVPN relies on Apple's system VPN permission and configuration flow. You may need to approve a VPN configuration in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS before the App can connect. You can disable or remove VPN configurations in Apple system settings.
VPN availability and behavior may depend on Apple system frameworks, device settings, local network restrictions, server availability, and your internet service provider.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Apple In-App Purchase
TinderVPN offers premium access through Apple In-App Purchase. The current weekly auto-renewable subscription is priced at $8.99 per week, or the local equivalent shown by Apple before purchase. Final price, tax, currency, duration, trial availability, and promotional offer details are displayed in the App Store purchase sheet or inside the App before you confirm purchase.
Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- The TinderVPN weekly subscription renews at $8.99/week unless Apple shows a different local equivalent or approved offer before purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, the terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet will apply. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.
Restore Purchases
If you purchased access through Apple In-App Purchase, you may use the App's restore purchase function or Apple account settings to refresh eligible purchase status. Restore results may be unavailable if there is no active eligible purchase, Apple services are unavailable, or the device is signed into a different Apple ID.
5. Apple Terms
Your purchase and use of subscriptions are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store rules. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.
6. Responsible and Lawful Use
You agree to use TinderVPN responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or government requirements.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
- Transmit malware, spam, phishing content, abusive traffic, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks, systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the App or related services.
- Bypass service terms, network rules, or regional restrictions where doing so is not permitted.
7. Node Availability and Remote Configuration
TinderVPN may receive node and configuration updates through remote configuration. We may add, remove, disable, or modify nodes, configuration values, premium access rules, and availability at any time to maintain reliability, security, legal compliance, or service quality.
8. Availability and Performance
VPN performance depends on your device, operating system, network conditions, location, internet service provider, server availability, local policies, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, access to specific websites or services, or availability in every country or region.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is not collected, how Apple App Tracking Transparency permission is handled, and what limited technical information may be processed to operate, secure, and improve TinderVPN.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, website, branding, visual design, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as allowed by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, use the App abusively or unlawfully, create security risks, or if continued access would expose us, users, partners, infrastructure providers, or third parties to legal or operational risk.
